The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) on Tuesday announced citizens can now easily file an complaint and get real-time updates through SMS.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the authority said: "Nadra is available at all times for redressal of complaints and information. Pakistani mobile users need to contact on +9251111786100.

Customers can also contact on the Nadra helpline '1777' and provide the necessary details to the representative. You will be notified via SMS once the complaint is registered," said the authority.

Earlier on Saturday, Nadra announced that citizens can easily apply for all facilities through the PakID mobile application.

"The wait is over, all facilities are now online. Whether it is modification or renewal of identity card, get all Nadra services from home.

"Submit your application today from the PakID mobile app and receive your ID card from your home or the nearest Nadra centre," said the authority.
